1.1 Information You Provide to Just4Cancer.com Directly:

1.1.2 Fundraising: If you choose to fundraise on Just4Cancer.com, your fundraising campaign will be public once published on the Site by Just4Cancer.com staff. The published campaign will provide Just4Cancer.com visitors with information related to the project which will include personal information such as your name, family member's names, ages, city, state, your situation, circumstances leading up to your situation, your fundraising reason, and amount of funds needed to reach your goal. A copy of the questionnaire requesting your information is attached.
1.1.3 Donations: If you choose to make a donation, personal information will be collected from you in order to process that donation. A donation can be made using a Just4Cancer.com account, guest checkout, or anonymously.
1.1.4 Other: Just4Cancer.com also collects information volunteered by the visitor when you participate in other activities on the Site, such as requesting email newsletters or contacting us through one or more of our contact email addresses.
1.2 Information We Automatically Collect:
1.2.1 When you visit Just4Cancer.com or use our services, our web server automatically collects data about your server's Internet Protocol (IP) address. An IP address is a number that is assigned to your device by your Internet service provider.
