I am interested in Anal Cancer Awareness
In 2019, over the course of only 5 days, we unexpectedly lost our beloved 13 year old Bichon Candie to a bleeding disorder. Only a few weeks later, our 10 year old Bichon Clara was diagnosed with anal cell adenocarcinoma. She had surgery in July 2019 to remove it, and has been cancer-free until now. Unfortunately, Clara's Cancer has returned, and because of the location, surgery is not an option this time. Her only treatment option is radiation, which would require $2400 deposit to begin, with a total cost of $4800. Time is of the essence, and the quicker treatment begins, the better the prognosis.
Canine cancer affects so many people. Our dogs are valued members of our families, but often their cancer is unable to be treated because of the cost.
Clara is a sweet, happy girl. Losing a beloved pet is always so difficult, but losing two in such a short time would be heartbreaking. Please consider donating whatever you can to help save our beautiful girl.
